“STEP Institute of Art Design & Management” is the first education management project of “The SAEL Movement”, established under the guidance of SAEL‘s Education Managers in cooperation with UK educational awarding bodies, UK educational institutions and educationists.
STEP aims at
Developing an astounding environment where learners shall achieve best of their abilities to compete academically & professionally both at national and global level
Creating awareness about skill based qualifications among Commerce and Industry to minimise the rate of graduate unemployment in Pakistan

NGOs (Non Governmental Organisations) in Pakistan mainly depend upon the funds from alien bodies and it has been witnessed quite extensively that most of them seize operating once the funds dry up. SAEL strongly believes that self sufficiency & self help is the only key to success.
Above all, SAEL's corporate commitment is to work under no pressure from any local/international donor or agency that could influence the operations and vision of the Movement. “STEP Institute of Professional Development ” being the commercial project of the Movement is the source of incessant support for SAEL's social and education development projects.
Since 2003 STEP and SAEL has launched various “not-for-profit” projects under faculty of Education Management “ERDP (Education Research and Development Project)” and faculty of Training & Development “Youth Development Project”.
